It all started with a simple idea: giving a dish its own signature. Not just decoration, but real identity. From there, a small gluten-free wafer became a new way for restaurants to communicate: the logo of a restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel or pastry shop, made to be seen, photographed, shared… and eaten.
